One of our Design Specialists went out to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist quoted our PowerBrace® System.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed PowerBrace® i-beams along the walls of the basement. The system will prevent further bowing or new cracks from developing.

This Eveleth, MN homeowner was in the process of remodeling his basement when he noticed some cracking in his foundation wall. DBS Foreman Zach Royer and his crew installed 10 push piers around the perimeter, completing a lift procedure of the sinking structure. They also added supplemental beams and a SmartJack® System to support the floor joists beneath the cabin.
