Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate. It was determined that a lift procedure was needed to address foundation settlement, as well as some supplemental support. Jose Valenzuela and his crew installed 100+ feet of supplemental support beam beneath the home and then drove 6 HelixPro® piers into the ground to support the structure. These piers are driven through the soil, down to the strata layer of rock, providing solid support to the space.

Using hydraulic power, the pier then pushes against the ground and back to the structure to lift the structure's foundation back to its original position. This will close gaps and cracks, and realign the doors and windows.
