Upon seeing an ad on TV, the homeowner was once again reminded of the problems the house possessed and decided to do something about it. After reaching out to DBS and talking with the DBS office staff, an appointment was made to have System Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen go out to the home for a thorough inspection and a free no obligation estimate. During the inspection, Rich was able to identify the problem and aid the homeowners' needs. Rich explained to the homeowner that the best possible solution would be to install power braces, which would stabilize the foundation walls. Following a comfortable price agreement, Primary Foreman, Lucas Bonk, and his crew made a trip out to the home to complete the job. Once the installation was complete, the homeowner no longer has to be concerned about the stability of the foundation walls.

Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went out to the property to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After completing a thorough inspection, Henrik recommended our Piering Services and provided a free quote for the homeowners.

Foreman Trevor Ingle took on the lead for the installation of this project. With the assistance of a crew, they installed the piering system using hydraulic pressure. The helical piers are driven underneath the perimeter of the house in order to help prevent the home from further sinking and settling.

These residents of Mellen, WI reached out to DBS for some help with their 1970's home. The foundation walls were cracking and bowing leading to moisture issues in the basement.

DBS Sales Manager visited the home, assessed the problem, and created a solution for the unwanted water and failing walls. To permanently stabilize the walls, our PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System was installed along the perimeter of the basement, using steel I-beams.
