A DBS Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, the Design Specialist recommended our Geo-Lock® Wall Anchor System.

Foreman Jacob Nustad led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed Geo-Lock® anchors on the inside of the basement walls in order to permanently stabilize the basement walls. The Geo-Lock® works to lock the anchors from the outside through soil as there is another anchor buried in the soil outside parallel to the one on the inside. 

Now that the basement walls have been stabilized, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind.

The Geo-Lock® Anchors use the soil on the outside of a foundation to brace the wall as another plate sits outside the home beneath the ground to lock the one on the other side of the wall in place.

Now that the home has been permanently stabilized, the homeowner can relax more comfortably and feel much safer in their home.
