When our Design Specialist, Nicholas Corbin, went out to the property, he inspected the cracks and was able to relate them to a foundation issue. The foundation was settling and the house needed to be supported through the installation of interior piers and lifts.

Once our production crew was able to get out to the residents property, they were able to install our 3" Push Piers that have a low profile bracket underneath the foundation and lift it back into place. Once the products were installed, the homeowner was happy with the results and could be more comfortable renovating the basement for the future of the house.

Design Specialist Royce Bunn recommended our GeoLock® Wall Anchor System. GeoLock® Wall Anchors stabilize foundation walls by connecting two steel plates together with a galvanized steel rod. Based on the severity of the wall movement, excavation was recommended, allowing the wall to be immediately straightened. A DBS Foreman and their production crew installed the products and stabilized the basement.
