The GeoLock™ Wall Anchor System works by excavating a hole on the exterior of the home into the soil. Then a pole is drilled from the inside of the basement out to the excavation site and a steel plate is attached to either end. The bolt-on the interior plate is tightened until the wall pushes against the interior plate, and the soil pushes against the exterior plate.

Now that the basement walls have been stabilized, the homeowner can relax peacefully knowing their basement bedroom is structurally sound.
