Foreman Dustin Behning led a team in the installation of this waterproofing project. Together, the team removed the necessary flooring in order to install the drainage lines. These French drains collect water seepage from the floor joists and walls before it has the chance to enter the home. The water is then carried through the drains to a sump pump and discharged outside of the home. The drain is then covered for a flush appearance.

DBS sent out a crew to Onamia, MN to lift and level an exterior concrete slab, as well as pour a fresh 1x18 section of concrete slab where the original piece was cut out. The crew was able to successfully level the slab to its original position, providing a safer entryway to the building.
