The owner of this home in Fifty Lakes, MN reached out to us looking for a solution to their unlevel concrete sidewalk.

One of our Design Specialists went to the home to run a free estimate appointment. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist created a quote for our Concrete Repair Service.

Foreman Dustin Behning led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they injected our PolyLevel® foam beneath the sunken slabs to lift and level the sidewalk.

With a crack forming in this wall the customer knew the problem was only going to get worse over time. We installed several of our Power Braces in this customers home to permanently stabilize the wall. 

This Lake Elmo, MN homeowner reached out to DBS because they had been experiencing dampness in their basement, as well as some concern of small cracks in the foundation. Our System Design Specialist, Henrik Makitalo, made a visit to their home and discussed the best quality solution for their basement. DBS received a call that there was a bowing wall in one of the basement bedrooms in their home. We went to their home for a no obligation, free resolution for their wall. The home required that we install a PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System to support the wall and straighten it. We also needed to add a tightening kit to ensure the brace system stays tight and supported into the future to maintain its structure.
