These Duluth homeowners reached out to DBS for waterproofing and wall stabilization after being referred by a friend.

Design Specialist, Royce Bunn visited the home, assessed the problem, and created a solution for the unwanted water and failing walls. WaterGuard® and our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump were recommended to make sure the basement stays dry all year long. To permanently stabilize the walls our PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System was installed along the perimeter of the basement. Foreman, Casey Healey, and his production crew successfully installed the products.

These Duluth homeowners reached out to DBS for information on waterproofing their leaky basement.

They had been having issues with mold and rotting wood in their basement and wanted a permanent solution to the problem. Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Foreman, Casey Healy, and his production team installed our WaterGuard® System along the perimeter of the basement flooring, CleanSpace® Wall Poly was installed on the walls and everything now flows to a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump to keep water out of the basement for good.

Homeowners in Duluth, MN had consistent flooding in their basement. As seen in the before photo, sediment was being carried in by the water, leaving a dirty mess in the basement. They knew it was most likely due to cracking in their foundation. In search of a permanent solution, they reached out to DBS. 

Sale Manager Royce Bunn was the Design Specialist for this project and visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the foundation support and the waterproofing system.

To permanently stabilize the basement walls, the production crew installed 13 PowerBrace™ steel I-beams. This PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System, is meant to support walls from further movement and can be tightened over time, in order to restore the wall to its original position. A SuperSump® Premier Pump System was installed and will work hard to keep water up and out of the basement.

The egress window was also replaced and surrounded by a SentrySeal® rubber membrane to protect the egress area from water.
