DBS Before & After Photos

This Duluth, MN homeowner called DBS with concerns of their sidewalk sinking. There was also some additional concern that the sidewalk leading up to their doors sunk so far down that it was a tripping hazard. Design Specialist, Henrik Makitalo made a visit out to this home and gave the owners a free, no-obligation estimate. The project was completed by DBS' expert installation team. The homeowner no longer worries about tripping!

This Duluth, MN customer called DBS looking for a quote to fix a small gap around the perimeter of his basement foundation. Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo visited with this customer and did a thorough inspection of the basement. Upon the inspection, Henrik concluded that the best quality solution to this problem was to use our NexusPro joint sealant product. Zach Royer and his crew installed the sealant and left the customer feeling relieved with the results. 

A basement in Duluth, MN was experiencing issues with water seeping in to it. The homeowner reached out to DBS for a solution to the problem. Our crew was able to go in and install WaterGuard® around the area of the basmeent, which is a draignage system that extracts unwanted water that seeps through the concrete. This photo set shows the finished product of the service. The drainage pipe sits below the freshly poured concrete in the "after" picture. With the help of DBS, this homeowner can now enjoy a more dry and comfortable basement area.

This customer reached out to DBS after experiencing issues with their basement, where they intended to keep it dry for storage purposes. Puddles had emerged in certain areas and they knew they would need a permanent solution.  There was a 5" step up into an additional slab, and a Waterguard® would be installed in front of it to ensure proper drainage. 

This homeowner reached out to DBS after experiencing a water leak in the basement, prompting them to remove everything. Before they decided to re-floor the floor, they wanted to address the cracks in their concrete slabs and make sure everything was okay before proceeding.

Upon inspection, our Design Specialist inspected the cracks and suggested repairing them using our PolyLevel® to level out the slabs and seal the cracks with our NexusPro™ sealant. Once our crew was able to get out there, they lifted the concrete using our PolyLevel® lifting system and sealed it off for a clean, finished look.
