To address the problem, we installed the WaterGuard system to efficiently channel water away from the basement. Coupled with the TripleSafe sump pump, this setup ensured that any water that entered the space was immediately removed, preventing further damage. We also installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to tackle the excess moisture in the air, keeping the environment dry and helping to prevent future mold growth. To eliminate any existing mold risks, we applied Mold-X2, a powerful antimicrobial solution, to ensure the air quality remained healthy.

With the moisture and water issues under control, we turned our attention to transforming the basement into a livable space. We used Elite Plank flooring, which is durable, waterproof, and perfect for a basement environment.
