DBS Before & After Photos

This customer reached out to DBS after experiencing issues with their basement, where they intended to keep it dry for storage purposes. Puddles had emerged in certain areas and they knew they would need a permanent solution.  There was a 5" step up into an additional slab, and a Waterguard® would be installed in front of it to ensure proper drainage. 

This homeowner reached out to DBS after experiencing a water leak in the basement, prompting them to remove everything. Before they decided to re-floor the floor, they wanted to address the cracks in their concrete slabs and make sure everything was okay before proceeding.

Upon inspection, our Design Specialist inspected the cracks and suggested repairing them using our PolyLevel® to level out the slabs and seal the cracks with our NexusPro™ sealant. Once our crew was able to get out there, they lifted the concrete using our PolyLevel® lifting system and sealed it off for a clean, finished look.

The customer was looking to have a dryer crawlspace and stable foundation before making repairs to the rest of the structure. Our team went in and installed our SmartJacks® to help stabilize and lift the foundation, as well as, install a waterproofing system to help keep the space dry!

Our team went to work to install a complete drain tile around the home with very little disturbance to the existing basement as can be seen from these photos. This homeowner also took advantage of our variety of services offered and had us insulate their attic and the rim joists around their basement.
