A client called DBS looking to waterproof their basement and replace some cabinets and shelving in the basement area surrounding the old waterproofing system. DBS uses a WaterGuard® system to waterproof homes efficiently, that also looks nice. We worked on the basement to replace the outdated system and install our new, long-lasting WaterGuard® waterproofing system to make sure that our clients basement is safe and dry, making sure that no moisture creates mildew smell or mold present. We sent our Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen, to the house to successfully waterproof the home for our clients!

A homeowner in Eveleth, MN was looking to have their garage better insulated, and reached out to DBS for some help. After a visit from a Design Specialist, it was determined that the perimeter of the garage would need to have spray foam insulation installed to keep the garage better heated and more energy-efficient. Spray foam insulation works wonders in insulating homes where there may be cold and drafty air. The results of this project turned out great, and the homeowner can now enjoy a more warm and comfortable garage area. 

A homeowner in Eveleth, MN reached out to DBS regarding the sidewalk of their property. There was an area of the concrete where the slab was sinking below the desired level. It was determined that our crew would install PolyLevel® in order to lift the concrete, as shown in the photo results.
