One of our Foremen went out to the property to lead the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed a main steel beam underneath the home's crawl space and installed the SmartJack® supports underneath the beam to permanently stabilize the foundation.

This Washburn, WI customer called DBS looking for a solution to their sinking slab between their house and garage. Design Specialist, Henrik Makitalo visited this customer's home and proposed the use of our PolyLevel injection system. The customer was happy to know there was a simple fix to this worrisome problem. Foreman, Robby Kramer and his crew were able to successfully lift and level the concrete slab between the garage and home. 

This newly purchased home in Washburn, WI had some major foundation issues. The crawl space support beams were failing and the homeowner was in need of a permanent solution so they contacted DBS.

DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the foundation support work. Henrik saw failure of the existing support system and recommended installing SmartJack® stabilization beams to offer a permanent solution. This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Joe Harris and his production crew.

They installed 25 feet of steel supplement beam, running parallel to the crawl space dirt floor. From there, they installed 8 SmartJack® support beams. 

This home can now be enjoyed without worry of further structural damage!
