In the 'before' photo, our client in Two Harbors, MN had a front porch with structural concerns, preventing it from being used year-round. Our solution involved installing Helical Piers for permanent stabilization, complemented by SmartJack systems and PowerBrace for added structural support. We then transformed the damp crawl space with a durable CleanSpace encapsulation system. Now, as seen in the 'after' photo, the porch is stable and well-insulated, ready to serve as a comfortable, all-season living space. In Two Harbors, MN, a new homeowner wanted their house to be warmer and more efficient for the upcoming winter. The attic contained old vermiculite insulation, which required testing and proper capping before improvements could be made. The space was under-insulated, leaving the home vulnerable to heat loss, drafts, and higher energy bills.

In the initial photo, you can see the slab in Cloquet, MN has settled unevenly, raising concerns of separation. This can lead to issues with stability and safety. We utilized our PolyLevel system to lift and level the concrete by injecting high-strength polyurethane foam through small holes, restoring the complete surface. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied to seal all cracks, protecting the area from water intrusion which prevents further erosion and soil displacement.
