Design Specialist Jake Gilmer visited the home to conduct a free, no-obligation estimate. After a careful inspection, Jake recommended our GeoLock® Wall Anchoring System. 

Foreman Fred Bozvay led the installation of this project with help from a team. The team began by excavating an area outside of the home to install the earth anchor. This anchor is attached to a steel plate that is installed on the bowing wall. Once connected, the system can be adjusted to pull the cracked wall back into the original position and prevent movement.

Homeowner in Ashland, WI was concerned about the concrete slab in his garage and his driveway, as they were sinking and cracking. Wanting to fix the issue, the homeowner contacted DBS to fix the issue.

Our DBS Design Specialist visited the home and assessed the issue with the driveway and garage, and then provided a free, no obligation estimate. They suggested injecting our PolyLevel® foam underneath the concrete to lift it back to level, and sealing all the cracks and joints in the concrete with our NexusPro® joint sealant to protect the concrete from further soil erosion, cracking, and sinking.

DBS Foreman, Dustin Behning, and his crew installed both the PolyLevel® and NexusPro® to lift, level, and seal both the driveway and garage. The homeowner can now enjoy the driveway and garage with no concerns about the concrete cracking and sinking!

Foreman Osia Williams, and Co-Foreman Rowan Wentworth, installed this project. These steel i-beams are connected to the floor and rim joists. They stop any further movement and can be adjusted to restore the wall back to the original, stable position.

Foreman Glen Olcott led the installation of this project with help from a crew. The crew installed our WaterGuard® french drains along the perimeter of the basement to collect and help remove the water intrusion. CleanSpace® moisture barrier was installed on the walls to keep the space dry and mold-free. Finally, new concrete is used to cover the drain systems and will dry into a flush finish.

The homeowner can relax with peace of mind now that the basement has been waterproofed.

The new owners of this 150-year-old cabin in Ashland, WI were looking for a way to permanently lift and stabilize the cabin. Wanting the job down professionally, they reached out to DBS.

Design Specialist, James Miller, visited the cabin and provided the owners with a free, no-obligation estimate. James recommended the installation of helical piers along the cabin's foundation to permanently lift and stabilize the cabin.

DBS Foreman, Nate Simonson, and his crew mate, Adam Upton, then installed 20 helical piers around the cabin to lift and stabilize the cabin. These helical are driven into the ground using hydraulic pressure. Once the pier reaches solid, stable bedrock, the pressure pushes against the ground and causes the piers to stabilize the structure. 

The new cabin owners can now have a piece of mind knowing the cabin is permanently stabilized.
