A DBS Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, the Design Specialist generated a quote for our Concrete Lifting and Leveling service.

Foreman Dustin Behning led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they injected PolyLevel® beneath the slabs to lift and level them with one another.

Foreman Fred Bozvay led the installation of this project with help from a team. The team began by excavating an area outside of the home to install the earth anchor. This anchor is attached to a steel plate that is installed on the bowing wall. Once connected, the system can be adjusted to pull the cracked wall back into the original position and prevent movement.

Foreman Osia Williams, and Co-Foreman Rowan Wentworth, installed this project. These steel i-beams are connected to the floor and rim joists. They stop any further movement and can be adjusted to restore the wall back to the original, stable position.

Foreman Glen Olcott led the installation of this project with help from a crew. The crew installed our WaterGuard® french drains along the perimeter of the basement to collect and help remove the water intrusion. CleanSpace® moisture barrier was installed on the walls to keep the space dry and mold-free. Finally, new concrete is used to cover the drain systems and will dry into a flush finish.
