Last winter a water main broke about a block from our house.  Since the break was above us, thousands of gallons of water ran down the hill towards our house.  I woke up to about 6-7 inches of water around my connected garage.  Several inches were also in the area behind the house.  I set up sump pumps to get rid of the water and got no water in the house but the ground was still very saturated.  The temperature dropped from 25 above to 15 below in about 30 hours.  My son heard a loud bang and the block in the basement had cracked about 18 inches below ground from the expanding pressure of the freezing water. I called several contractors to look at the problem and they all wanted to do extra work.  One wanted to dig up the whole back of the house and I said I don't have any water problems, I just didn't want to have structural problems in the future. Foundation Supportworks Solutions offered a solution to reinforce the wall at a reasonable price.  Using GeoLock foundation wall anchors with rebar and concrete in block cores the wall was made structurally sound. The job was done in a timely manner and the site was left extremely clean.  It was hard to tell work had been done in the area.  The employees of Foundation Supportworks Solutions were all friendly and professional.  I would highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the work DBS did on our crawlspace. They explained very thoroughly what they were going to do. Took pictures so we could watch the progress. They were efficient, profession, ready to answer any questions we had and above all nice to deal with. They were also able to connect us with a financial institution. Very helpful. We would highly recommend them. We were very pleased with all the people we met. From the representative who initially came out to explain what they could do for us. To the Foreman of the job who kept everything running smoothly and on time. Arranging specific workers to be on hand the day they were needed. And most importantly Jack Krouse who was my go to man who was most helpful with all my questions.

They do really good work, and I am proud I had them do my basement.

Zach runs a really great crew. They took such great care of our house. We just had our 3rd baby the day before the crew came to work and we were a bit worried about the work, but it was like they weren’t even there. It was so great! Thank you Zach and Crew! 10/10!

Nick and the crew did a great job! They were very careful to notify me of where they were with each part of the process and took many pictures to keep me updated. Nick also let me know when there were going to be extra fumes from the mitigation process and suggestions as to when to leave and return to the house as I am very sensitive to dust and odors. They cleaned up all the work areas including the outside every workday. I was very impressed and highly recommend them. Henry was very thorough and informative during the initial investigation and job recommendation.

Nick and his crew did a very nice job on our insulation project. His daily communication was excellent. He let me know when he was leaving the office to begin and also let me know at the end of the day when they were complete along with pictures of work completed for the day. He was quick to communicate any issues along with solutions and photos. They put in three full days of work and never left for another project. They did a great job on clean up at the end of the project. Nick took pride in his work as was evident when we went through the project at completion. Well Done!
