 There are a number of things I appreciate about this business. First, they are willing to service a large geographical area. I was struggling to find someone willing to do the job in my area as the insulation I had contacted only could add more insulation, not install additional airflow venting. Second, having a foreman to go to was awesome. Nick really knew his stuff and took the time each day to let me know the game plan and answer any questions I had. We was also able to adapt in the fly and add venting to one of my bathrooms. The whole team worked hard and with high quality. The only issue I had was with scheduling. There were a couple times the service date was moved. However, on the second schedule change the customer service team and I collaborated and were able to make something work. I appreciate them going to great lengths for me. All in all, was a good experience and am very happy with how things turned out.

DBS came in, did everything orderly, and cleaned up when they left. They did really good! This is the second time I've had them.  They were very accommodating and very good. Ask me in a year if I get any water! The two people I had here yesterday did really well.

The sales rep was very communicative and the installer was personable, informative and quick.

We couldn't be happier with the service received from DBS. From our first meeting with Rich, where he carefully explained the system and process, to the actual waterproofing work done by Nick and Gary, which was done as cleanly and efficiently as possible. So far, we haven't seen water in the basement and are very pleased.

I am extremely happy with DBS Residential Solutions. They encapsulated my basement by foaming the rim joist, laying down a 20 mil plastic blanket on the portion of my basement which is a crawl space and installing a commercial grade dehumidifier and drainage system. This solution remedied the dampness and musty odor which existed in my entire house. I told them I wanted to breathe the best air in the world and now I do. DBS did the job in one day and the job was scheduled and completed in less than three weeks. Their crew worked hard, fast and explained everything in great detail.

Extremely nice guys did the work. Explained what they were going to do and answered all my questions thoroughly.  

Rich was very helpful answering our questions, providing a model for the work with pricing & flexibility as we walked thru what work we wanted to have done. Also the crew doing the work were professional & hardworking. They welcomed my husbands input as he worked with them during the installation. Rich stopped by the first day of work too & you could tell there is a very good working relationship between the crew & sales office. We love the installation that your crew did and we are extremely satisfied with the results!

Nick and his crew were on time, professional, and worked quickly. Excellent cleanup. Also appreciated the pictures of the completed job!

Competent, knowledgeable men came to do the work I needed. They even saved me money! They included me in every step so I understood the science of the work, which they very well explained. I highly recommend DBS.
