The basement under this Marshfield, WI home had developed cracks along the walls which were allowing significant amounts of water to pass through into the basement which led to standing water and moisture causing issues for the homeowner. In order to fulfill the wishes of our customer to create a water-free space in his basement our Specialist, Rich met up with the customer to develop a plan customized to this specific basement. By working with the customer Rich helped develop a waterproofing plan that incorporated our CleanSpace wall liner, SuperSump sump pump, and an interior drain tile to effectively eliminate the water issues this homeowner was facing in this area of their basement. Captured in these photos is the large oil tank that sat in the basement. While obstacles like this can limit access to the basement walls, we certainly don't let that get in our way of effectively waterproofing a basement. Our production crews know just how to work through or around all types of obstacles like this including finished bathrooms and large appliances.
In this Eau Claire, WI basement DBS installed French doors among many other basement finishing parts. The new doors allowed for the homeowner to easily access their backyard. Additionally, it added some much needed natural light to a normally dim basement. The expert crew lead by Foreman, Drew Sundberg, had the pleasure of working on this project.
These pictures show a great crawlspace transformation. Changes in this picture include a radiant barrier, spray foam insulation around the floor joists, and clean space system with drainage matting. This area is now much more dry and comfortable.
A homeowner in Hayward, WI was experiencing issues with leaking water in the newly finished basement of their cabin, and reached out to DBS for some assistance. After thorough inspections, it was determined that the finished walls would need to have the EverLast™ Finished Wall Restoration panels installed for a more updated waterproofing system. This product is ideal for repairing water damaged drywall, and also adds better insulation for a more warm and comfortable area. The results turned out great, and the photos of the finished product can be seen here.
