Homeowners in Spring Lake Park, MN wanted to transform their partially-finished basement. The DBS team of expert carpenters began this project by removing some of the existing drywall and carpeting. From there, they installed our water resistant products, as well as completed base electrical; installing outlets, switches, jacks, lighting, and other finishes. The homeowners chose MillCreek Flooring™, a scratch resistant and moisture-proof flooring, in our mahogany color.

These homeowners were happy with our work and now have more space to dedicate to their active family!

DBS Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home, Rich recommended installing our WaterGuard® drainage system and ZenWall® paneling. This combination will keep this basement dry all year round! This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Zach Royer and his production crew.
