The finished basement in this Roseville, MN home was damaged after water instrusion. The homeowner removed several portions of the basement walls as well as pulled back the water-soaked carpeting. In order to learn more about our waterproofing services, they contacted us to schedule an estimate.

DBS Sales Manager Denny Meints visited the home, performed a thorough inspection, and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the waterproofing project. Denny determined that drain tile would be installed as well as a new sump pump to protect the basement against water intrusion. After that, our crews would also provide wall restoration to fix the damaged basement walls. 

DBS Foreman Zach Jorenby and his crew worked on the interior waterproofing job. The crew began by breaking out concrete to create a trench around the home's footing. Our WaterGuard® drain system was put into place and will effectively capture wall and floor seepage, directing it to a new TripleSafe™ sump pump with battery back-up.

DBS Carpenter Paul Villella completed the project with wall restoration. He patched the lower portion of the wall and replaced the floor trim.
