Water Intrusion in Saint Paul, MN Basement is Diminished Using Waterproofing Technology and Sump Pump

Design Specialist Jason Swanson visited the home to conduct a free, no-obligation estimate. After doing so, Jason provided the homeowners with a quote for our WaterGuard® Drain System and TripleSafe™ sump pump.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a team. Drenches were created around the perimeter of the area and drain lines were placed within. These drains collect water from the floor joists and the walls before it has the chance to enter the living space of the home. The water then travels through the drains to the sump pump, where it is discharged from the home. 

These homeowners can now relax knowing their home is healthy and safe from further water intrusion.
