Water Intrusion in Saint Paul, MN Home is Addressed with WaterGuard® French Drain System

This home in Saint Paul, MN was experiencing water intrusion during snow melts. The carpet had been ruined from the water intrusion, and an odd smell has appeared. The owners wanted to address the situation, so they trusted DBS to help. 

Design Specialist Jesse Williams assisted the homeowners in a free, no-obligation estimate to help find the perfect solution. After a close inspection, Jesse provided a quote for our WaterGuard® waterproofing system. 

Foreman George Barry led the installation of this project. The project began with jackhammering that created trenches around the perimeter of the flooding walls. The drain lines are then placed within and catch the water from the walls and floor joists. These drains run to a sump pump where the water is expelled from the home. The drain lines are then covered with new concrete, that will create a flush look once completely dry. 

These homeowners can now relax in their healthy, dry homes.
