I wanted to thank your crew who did my job!  They were really courteous and extremely easy to work with. The job they did was fantastic.  I and my wife Kris are looking forward to having a dry/damp free lower level to enjoy without having to worry anymore about heavy rains etc.  I have almost gotten everything put back together since the work was done.  At age 65 it just doesn't seem to get done as fast though. We had water coming into our basement through the slab and needed to have a sump pump installed and DBS was the first place we called. Right from the initial conversation with Paige to the gentleman Henrik who came to inspect and give us a quote, and finally to the crew who did all the work, Lee Krouse and Chris, we are 100% pleased with the process and information provided.   However, the crew Lee and Chris went over and above to make this frightening situation less daunting. From the moment they arrived in our home we were treated with respect, our home was treating with respect, they kept us informed every step of the way, they answered all of our questions, they showed us things we’d not realized about or cement floor, educated us on the products that were being used, and were enthusiastic and upbeat the entire time. There was *not one moment* that we regretted calling DBS to fix our basement. Lee and Chris took the time to make sure that as homeowners we were informed and happy with the entire process from the jackhammering straight down to finishing of the concrete. These two guys are an amazing team who work well together, smile freely, laugh often, and genuinely seem to enjoy each others company while working.   They also took the time to show our youngest child interesting aspects of the rubble they were hauling out, and answered all of his questions as they came up and down out of the basement. 10/10 for customer service. 10/10 for teamwork. 10/10 for quality and competency. 10/10 for onsite customer support. Lee and Chris took our scary basement problem and left us with a beautifully fixed basement that we aren’t going to worry about any more. Kudos to DBS, and Lee and Chris. DBS is where you need to call to have home repairs.

The team that came out was very professional and completed the work on the agreed upon timeline! During the final walkthrough, they answered all my questions and explained how to take care of the system.

It started with a busted water pipe, 200 gal of water in my basement, leading to a new found hole in my basement wall & other surprises. I researched, cried some, researched more, made calls, had a couple different companies come out. Honestly? The 1st phone conversation with Bonnie Sundberg's DBS Foundations, Basements & Insulation I had? Gave me a much needed breath of relief. The compassion & reassurance meant everything. Bo Meintz was my Specialist. He took time to answer the most outside of the box questions & concerns. And trust me, after 200 gallons of water? You question A LOT. I am thankful for Bo and his patience. His knowledge and explanations , superb! Thank you!

DBS sent a crew out within days of my quote. The crew of two guys were fast, efficient, and very polite. When they were finished they did a walk-through and explained maintenance and warranty info. I’m very pleased with their work!

I thought he was very honest and open, and he explained everything very well. I was happy with our talk, and there was only one thing that I didn't understand when I was talking to him. DBS came in, did everything orderly, and cleaned up when they left. They did really good! This is the second time I've had them.  They were very accommodating and very good. Ask me in a year if I get any water! The two people I had here yesterday did really well.
