With the help of a crew, they installed several SmartJack® supports, helical piers, and PowerBrace™  support systems to permanently stabilize the foundation of the cabin. Then, the crew moved on to the crawl space encapsulation portion of the project. They covered the ground with CleanSpace®,  a thick, white poly vapor barrier material to waterproof the crawl space. After installing the CleanSpace® material, the crew air-sealed the space with closed-cell polyurethane spray foam.

Now that the cabin has been permanently stabilized and the crawl space has been encapsulated, the owners will be able to go about remodeling so that they are able to spend time with their families in their new retreat.
