They had been having issues with mold in their basement and wanted a permanent solution to the problem. Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Foreman, Kevin Steffey, and his production team installed our WaterGuard® System along the perimeter of the basement, as well as CleanSpace® Wall Poly on the walls. The system directs all moisture to the home's existing sump pump.

Because the cabin is not used year-round, they wanted to protect it as much as possible against moisture and fluctuating weather even when they aren't there.
