Settled Foundation in Saint Paul, MN Raised and Stabilized with Push Piers

This project in Saint Paul, MN needed a professional and permanent solution in order to stabilize the structure. 

A DBS Design Specialist visited the location and conducted a free, no-obligation estimate to find the best solution. After a careful inspection, a quote was provided and our push pier system was recommended.

George Barry led the installation of this project with help from a team. Together, the team excavated the area around the base of the home and installed the push piers. These piers are driven down to native, stable soil using hydraulic pressure. Once this stable area is reached, the pressure travels upwards and pushes the foundation up to the level it and restore it back to the original position. 

This project is now complete and the structure is safe and secure.
