Concerning Cracks in Duluth, MN Basement Fixed with PowerBrace® Beams

This homeowner in Duluth, MN was concerned with the stairstep cracks in their block foundation. Wanting to address the issue, they reached out to DBS for help. 

Design Specialist Zach Guilliams assisted this homeowner in a free, no-obligation estimate. After a careful inspection, it was decided that PowerBrace® beams would the be the best option.

Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project with help from a team. Together, the team attached these beams to the floor and rim joists of the basement. After securing the beams, further wall movement is not possible. Over time, the beam positioning can be adjusted in order to slowly restore the wall back to its original position.

This homeowner can now relax in their stable, safe home.
