This Duluth, MN homeowner wanted to make sure the foundation of her home was in good condition. The corner of the basement had cracks along the bricks, showing unwanted movement. One evening while watching television she saw a commercial about DBS so she decided to reach out for a free estimate. Following a friendly phone call with the office staff, an appointment was made to have System Design Specialist, Henrik Makitalo make a trip out to the home to do a free thorough inspection of her basement and provide a no-obligation estimate. Henrik came out and after doing the inspection explained to the homeowner a solution for the issues she was having. Her best option would be to install PowerBraces™ along the walls of the foundation to prevent the wall from moving even further. She and Henrik then came to a comfortable price agreement and a date was set to have Foreman, Kevin Steffey and his crew come out to perform the installation. When it came time for the installation, Kevin let the homeowner know their plan and gave her brief updates throughout the job. Once the sturdy PowerBrace™ wall reinforcement system was installed, the homeowner no longer had to worry about the foundation concerns.
