Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner needed better wall stabilzation for the foundation of their home. DBS went in and installed the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System to help support the wall and hopefully straighten it back out. The photos show the yard and foundation wall before and after the anchors were embedded within the soil.

These homeowners reached out to DBS for help stabilizing their bowing foundation walls. 

Design Specialist, Royce Bunn went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Increased soil pressure over time has caused these walls to bow. GeoLock® wall anchors are embedded in stable soil away from your foundation wall and are then connected to steel anchors with long galvanized rods. These are tightened to stabilize shifting walls and can be adjusted over time in an attempt to bring the walls back to level. Foreman Zach Royer and his production crew worked hard to install the GeoLock® system. 

This home is now healthy, safe, and stable all year round! 

When a homeowner in Makinen, MN noticed their foundation was in need of repair, they called us for help. This historic home in Gheen, MN was in disrepair and had significant trouble with the foundation. Wanting to revive this building, the owner contacted us for a permanent solution.

A DBS Design Specialist visited the home and provided a thorough, free, no-obligation estimate. It was determined that significant supplemental support was needed.  Kevin Steffey, one of our Production Managers was the foreman for the project. The three main crawl space support beams were replace to restore support along the length of the building. Kevin and his crew then drilled 8 HelixPro® helical piers into the ground to support the structure's foundation and crawl space.

The homeowners can now rest easy knowing that this foundation has been restored.

The owner of this home in Orr, MN noticed that their floors were uneven. Not only is it an eyesore, but sagging floors indicate foundation failure. Sagging floors shed light on what is happening underneath a home. In order to have a good idea of how much it costs to fix their sagging floors, the homeowner reached out to DBS.

A DBS Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the owners. After a thorough inspection, the Design Specialist mentioned that he sees this issue all of the time, and having our SmartJack® System installed would help level the floors and permanently stabilize the home.

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 6 SmartJack® supports and a new main steel beam. 

The home has been permanently stabilized, and the homeowner can relax peacefully with the knowledge that their home is sturdy.
