A homeowner in Taylors Falls, MN reached out to DBS regarding a xrawl space issue they were having. The area was poorly stabilized by wood posts, and this was causing the floor above to sag downward. Our client called DBS with the problem of the concrete in their garage. The corner of the garage was cracked and sinking, causing the corner to become separated from the garage. DBS solved their problem by using our PolyLevel service to lift and level their uneven exterior concrete and divert water away from the joints in the garage, to ensure that this would not happen again. We installed PolyLevel to fix the concrete and stabilize, lifting and making it level, then clean up the cracks and apply a joint sealant to maintain our services.
