Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed 2 HelixPro®helical piers underneath the structure of the sunroom to permanently stabilize it. Helical piers are installed by using heavy machinery to drive the steel piers deep beneath a structure until they reach soil that is strong enough to support the weight of the structure. 

The homeowners can now comfortably enjoy their sunroom without worrying about it sinking further into the soil.

They also injected PolyLevel® underneath the concrete slab in order to lift and level it. To finish the project, the crew sealed the cracks with NexusPro® concrete sealant.
