Design Specialist Zach Guilliams went out to the home to conduct a free, no-obligation estimate for the owner. After a careful inspection, Zach recommended our PowerBrace® Wall Support System.

A homeowner in Hermantown, MN was in search of deck support for their home and reached out to DBS for assistance. After a thorough inspection done by our Design Specialist, it was concluded that the deck posts would need to have helical piers installed to help support them as opposed to the original cinder blocks. These piers are constructed from galvanized steel and have the capability of supporting massive loads, such as full decks, making them an ideal product to install.
A homeowner in Duluth, MN reached out to us when they were trying to sell their house, but, were facing the challenge of an unstable deck post for their cantilever. Eager to ensure their home was ready for a future sale, they sought to put an end to the temporary fix of piling insulation for stability. When our team went out to the property, we recommended the installation of a Helical Pier, as depicted in the photo gallery. This homeowner contacted DBS after expressing a desire to level her trailer while retaining the current support structure. Our Design Specialist, Devin Wilson, went out to the property and suggested that we install three SmartJacks® along the existing supports.
Once the crew got out to the property, they started the project off by installing three SmartJacks® that were strategically spaced from the exterior door to the homeowners bedroom and addressing any gaps along the way with spray foam post-lift. After completing the lift procedures and shimming existing supports, the homeowner was satisfied with the outcome!
