Joe Harris was the Foreman assigned to this project and with the help of a crew, together they installed 5 PowerBrace™ I-beams. The I-beams are anchored with brackets at the top that can be tightened during dry periods in an attempt to straighten the wall. After the PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System was installed the home has been permanently stabilized.

Foreman Dustin Behning led a team in the installation of this project. Together, the team installed the drain lines underneath the floor along the perimeter of the basement. These drain leads to a sump pump that expels the water outside of the home and far enough away that it will not be able to reenter the home.
