Design Specialist Austin Burley assisted the homeowners with a free, no-obligation estimate in order to find the right solution for their homes. After a careful inspection, Austin provided a quote and recommended using SprayFoam to insulate their crawl space.
Foreman Evan LaFontaine led the installation of this project along with a team. Together, the team used Dr. Energy Saver's SprayFoam to insulate the area. SprayFoam is a very efficient insulator and is able to air seal any holes or cracks that are allowing unwanted airflow in or out of the space. It is also moisture resistant, making sure the space will stay dry and free of the musty smell. Finally, the team installed the CleanSpace® vapor barrier on the floor of the crawl space to transform it into a clean, dry storage area for the homeowners.
These homeowners can now enjoy their home year-round and do not have to worry about moisture causing problems.

A property owner reached out to DBS for help with an insulation project. The lower level of his lake-facing rental property was experiencing moisture due to poor insulation.
DBS Design Specialist, Austin Burley went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Austin recommended dense packing the walls. Dense packing is an effective form of insulating where a small section of siding is removed and insulation is inserted into the walls from outside the home. No internal work is required and it offers a solid and effective insulation solution.
Foreman Orrin Sundberg and his production crew worked hard to install the insulation. The result is lower heating and cooling bills, reduced moisture, and a permanent solution to an energy problem.
This attic was severely lacking insulation. We have many different solutions for this problem and in this situation the customer chose to go with our blow-in insulation.
