Home Insulation Before & After Photos

In this Duluth, MN home, the customer was dealing with a frustrating and damaging issue—water entering through the eaves and traveling down the wall cavity, all the way to the basement. The before photo shows an under-insulated attic that allowed moisture and air to freely enter the home. To solve the problem, we installed TruSoft™ Cellulose insulation for comprehensive coverage and added targeted Spray Foam insulation to seal air leaks and prevent water intrusion at its source. The after photo highlights a properly insulated attic, now protected against moisture and energy loss. Steve proposed that DBS air-seal problem areas and fill the attic with some blown in insulation that met the proper R-value standards.
