The owner of this home in Balsam Lake, WI reached out to DBS looking for a solution to keep water from ruining their basement.

A DBS Design Specialist went out to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. Together they installed a WaterGuard® french drain system beneath the slab around the edges of the basement. The WaterGuard® System works by directing the water into the sump pump so that the water can be expelled up and away from the foundation. To finish the project, the crew wrapped the walls in a layer of CleanSpace® water vapor barrier.

Now that the basement has been properly waterproofed, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind.

A homeowner in Grand Rapids, MN reached out to DBS regarding their home's crawl space and various areas within the basement. The crawl space was the source of some damp water issues, creating a cold and uncomfortable environment.
