A DBS Design Specialist did a thorough inspection of the home and presented a solution for the foundation issues. It was determined that a CarbonArmor® Wall Reinforcing System, would be installed to support the sliding foundation blocks, as well as PowerBrace™ support beams. 

The DBS Foreman and production crew installed 8 PowerBrace™ beams in total and 4 CarbonArmor® wall straps. 

The homeowners were happy with the work done and now have a solid and supported home going forward!

Sales Manager Royce Bunn was the Design Specialist on this project. After inspecting the damp crawl space, Royce recommended installing CleanSpace® vapor barrier over drainage matting, as well as a SmartSump™ to direct any water away from the space. 

The DBS Foreman and his production crew installed these products as well as 6 SmartJack® System beams to lift and support the crawl space. The installation was finished with TerraBlock™ insulation to prevent cold, damp air from entering the space. 

This home is now fully supported and will be healthy, safe, and comfortable for years to come.

After inspecting the basement Henrik found structural cracks that allowed water to enter this home. Foam insulation as well as closed-cell spray foam were applied to fully seal and regulate temperature in the space.

Foreman Joe Harris and his production crew worked hard to install a CleanSpace® waterproof barrier around the perimeter of the basement. This barrier collects water and will drain into our WaterGuard® french drain system, which empties through a sump pump. This system will not need to be cleaned or emptied!

This basement is now dry and can be used for storage. Each of the products installed has a nationally-backed warranty that can be transferred to a new owner.
