Foam insulation as well as closed-cell spray foam were applied to fully seal and regulate temperature in the space.

Together they successfully installed the WaterGuard® drain system and an additional sump pump called SmartSump™ that is exclusive to DBS. The addition of the SmartSump™ will assist the old sump pump in draining water from the basement.
