A DBS Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, they generated a quote for our Geo-Lock® Wall Anchor System for the homeowner.

Foreman Jason Foster led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 4 Geo-Lock® Anchors along the wall to permanently stabilize it. The Geo-Lock® Anchors use the soil on the outside of a foundation to brace the wall as another plate sits outside the home beneath the ground to lock the one on the other side of the wall in place.

Now that the home has been permanently stabilized, the homeowner can relax more comfortably and feel much safer in their home.

Foreman Dustin Behning led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed a WaterGuard® french drain system around the perimeter of the basement with a new sump pump to help direct and pump water up and away from the area. T finish the project, the crew wrapped the walls in a layer of CleanSpace® water vapor barrier.
