Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project along with a partner. Together, the duo installed multiple SmartJacks® in order to evenly distribute the weight of the structure. These steel jacks are able to be adjusted, allowing the floors to be raised back to their original positioning. This movement allows the doors and windows to function properly again.

The SprayFoam insulation acts as a sealant and will air seal these exposed cracks for a more effective solution. This SprayFoam is also water-resistant, making it extremely hard for moisture to enter space and contribute to mold growth.
