This Schroeder, MN homeowner was struggling with foundation instability. The house had settled so much that the doors and windows no longer worked properly. The homeowner wanted to fix this problem before it got any worse and to be able to keep the home in good condition for their family.
Design Specialist Zach Guilliams assisted this homeowner in a free no-obligation estimate to find the perfect solution for their home. It was decided that installing push piers was the best option.
Foreman Trevor Ingle, along with a team, led this installation. Together, they installed 8 push piers systems. These piers are made out of steel that is strong enough to lift the foundation. Using hydraulic pressure, these push piers are set deep into the native soil of the land and can raise the settled foundation back to its original position. They are a lasting, permanent solution for foundation settlement.
