DBS Design Specialist Rich Johnsen went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the property, Rich discovered that the feedline was not properly installed when a different contractor finished the basement space. The concrete was bubbling and letting moisture seep into the basement floor when DBS arrived. The solution was to reinstall the feedline and connect it with a buried exterior discharge line and an IceGuard® attachment to prevent freezing during the winter months. This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Tyler Nacey and his production crew.
