Foreman Glen Olcott led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together, the team created trenches around the perimeter of the basement. The drain lines are then placed within. These drains collect the water intrusion from the walls and floor joists and transports it to the sump pump.

Foreman Dustin Behning led a team in the installation of this project. Together, the team removed some of the flooring around the perimeter of the home. Then they installed drainage pipes that will collect water from the floor joists and walls, before it enters the home. This drain will then allow the water to travel to a sump pump in order to be discharged outside of the home, keeping the space clean and dry. After the installation, concrete is poured and CleanSpace® material is applied in order to create a clean, flush finish.

This homeowner can now continue their house renovations without worrying about any more water issues.

The crew also installed 5 PowerBrace™ steel I-beams to stop the movement of the bowing basement wall and restore their original position.
