Foreman Glen Olcott led the installation of this project with help from a team. The team placed the drain lines within trenches along the perimeter of the basement walls. These drains collect the water and transport it to the sump pump where it is removed from the home. CleanSpace® was then applied to the walls for a clean finish and to help guide the water intrusion to the drain lines. The drains then direct all the water to the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump.

These homeowners in Hermantown, MN reached out to DBS for help keeping their leaky basement dry. The homeowner uses the basement as a woodshop and was tired of seeing water on the floors of his workspace.
