A customer from Babbitt, MN reached out to DBS looking for help with the concrete around the senior living center because they want to ensure their residents' safety from tripping hazards. One of our Design Specialists went to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist provided the customer with a free quote for our Concrete Leveling Service. A homeowner in Two Harbors, MN reached out to DBS regarding the front sidewalk of their home. Several of the concrete slabs had started to sink or had already sunk a considerable amount. Shown in the photo is the concrete slab just before the front steps, which was down about two inches from where it should have been. Our crew visited the home and installed PolyLevel® to lift and level the slab. As you can see by looking at the front step, DBS was able to raise the slab back to its desired position.
This homeowner in Two Harbors, MN reached out to DBS for help with their sinking and cracked concrete. The homeowner wanted to take care of any tripping hazards and safety concerns, as well as have a clean aesthetic along the concrete sidewalk and driveway.

Foreman Dylan Cox, and his crewmate Dom West, completed this project. Together, the duo began by drilling small holes into the sunken concrete. Then, our PolyLevel® foam is injected underneath the slabs. This foam expands and hardens in order to lift and level the concrete. Our NexusPro® sealant is used on the cracks and joints of the concrete to project the project and minimize the chances of tripping. Finally, the DecoSheild™ Concrete Sealer enhances and protects the concrete slabs.
This homeowner is now happy with the results having a clean aesthetic and knowing there are no more safety concerns along his sidewalks and driveway.
