DBS Design Specialist James Miller visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate. To lift and level the concrete, our 2-part polymer foam PolyLevel® was recommended. DBS Foreman Jason Foster and his production crew successfully installed and leveled the garage slab using PolyLevel® and sealed the cracks using NexusPro™.
Concrete lifted with PolyLevel® be used immediately after curing, which typically takes around 15 minutes. It's ultra-durable and won't wash away like other substances used in mudjacking.
This garage is restored to level and will be supported for many years to come!
Homeowners in Barnum, MN reached out to DBS for help stabilizing the foundation of their home. The basement walls were cracked and beginning to bow, which was also causing issues to their poured foundation slab.
