To finish the project, the crew sprayed closed-cell polyurethane spray foam insulation on the vertical walls of the crawlspace.

Next, they created a better drainage field in the crawl space by leveling out the dirt in some areas and installed a SmartDrain® for water removal. Finally, they installed a layer of CleanSpace® water vapor barrier to complete the system.

Now that the crawl space has been encapsulated, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind knowing that their crawl space will stay warmer and drier.
