Foreman Raeshawn Pelfrey led the team in the installation of this project. They first installed drainage matting, followed by TerraBlock™ floor insulation. This insulation will keep the pipes working properly, and diminish the freezing problems. Finally, they installed a CleanSpace® water vapor barrier for a clean finish that transforms the space into a dry storage area.

This home had an unfinished crawl space which allowed water to pool and mold to grow. The crew first began by removing all of the existing insulation and debris from the crawl space. SilverGlo™ rigid foam insulation was installed on the vertical wall of the crawl space. From there, our team installed closed-cell spray foam on the rim joists of the crawl space ceiling. This will air seal the crawl space, dramatically reducing the ability of cold air and water to enter the space.
