After thorough inspection by a Design Specialist, it was concluded that the crawl space would require CleanSpace® to be installed around the entire area to encapsulate it, and create a barrier to keep water and moisture out of the area. Along with that, the perimeter of the crawl space received spray foam insulation to keep it free from cold, drafty air.

Foreman Nicholas Woods led the installation of this project. First, SprayFoam insulation was used to air seal and insulate the space. Next, Drainage Matting was used to assist with the waterproofing services and help lead the water to the sump pump. Finally, CleanSpace® Moisture Barrier was used to keep the space dry and create a clean finish for storage.
