DBS Foreman Orrin Sundberg and his production crew place a drainage layer and vapor barrier in the crawl space. This will prevent moisture from entering the cabin through the crawl space. From there, they applied closed-cell spray foam insulation to the rim joists where the crawl space was releasing cold air into the main level of the home.
